About the project

The building exterior was designed with modularity in mind. ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) panels installed in a vertical running pattern are accented by storefront windows and dark brick veneer masonry. This panel system features high-performance moisture protection and wall cavity ventilation as moisture drains through the panel weep holes. The cantilevered roof and entrance canopies are clad with a concealed fastener panel soffit system. CFPs (Concealed Fastener Panels) are single skin formed steel or aluminum panels that are directionally installed, and field modified as needed.
